From one-day workshops to intensive support lasting up to a year, there are a range of fantastic opportunities that have been designed around the needs and aspirations of local businesses. Projects will take place across the Highland Council area and digital delivery will be used to enable participation and reduce time and travel commitments. If you are already working in a junior business management role, you could improve your knowledge by completing a Level 2 or Level 3 award in business development or sales. Some construction companies run graduate schemes to help you gain the necessary work experience to become a business development manager after your studies.
